About Delta Gold Technologies
Who we are
Delta Gold Technologies plc is a London-based quantum hardware IP company, incorporated in early 2025 and admitted to the Aquis Growth Market in December 2025. Our business is the IP itself — funding world-leading university research and holding the exclusive rights to license what it produces.
Our mission and strategy
Our aim is to build and own foundational IP for quantum hardware. Rather than racing to build a quantum computer, we fund root-level research into the fundamentals every platform depends on — qubit stability and scalability.
How we work with universities
We sponsor multi-year research programmes at the University of Toronto (3 years) and Penn State (6 years), each led by the university's own principal investigators and each following a milestone driven route — from near-term materials work to a first product. Both routes filed patents at step one.
Partnering with world-leading research universities clears quantum's biggest barrier to entry — the cost of labs, equipment and specialist teams — and puts our capital into the science instead.
Our longer-term ambition is a collaborative centre of excellence extending this model to further universities.

Filed patents (prosecuted by Haynes Boone) protect the IP; licences to industry generate royalties with minimal leakage.
The demand for Quantum IP is industry-wide: McKinsey projects quantum computing could create US$1.3–2.7 trillion of economic value by 2035.
Where the US$1.3–2.7 trillion lands
The four industries McKinsey expects to lead that value by 2035 — projected revenue uplift and cost savings, US$ billion.
Our leadership
A board of five led by CEO R. Michael Jones — a professional engineer with a 40-year career founding companies and taking them public — and Executive Director Jamie Tosh, an operations executive with 20+ years running private and publicly listed companies.
